RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days from the date you receive your order. 
  • If you have received merchandise that is defective or damaged please contact our customer service team immediately so we can get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.  
  • The item must be in it's original condition with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.  
  • Return shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • All Sale Items including Deal of the Day, accessories, jewelry, hats, and bralettes are FINAL SALE! They are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • If you have an item that is not eligible for return you can choose to sell it on our Facebook Group page Fashion 15 Resell.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1) Please be sure that your return items meet the above criteria.  If you are uncertain please contact us.

2) Download and print the return form.  Please be sure to fill in all of the information and include the form with the items you are returning.  

3) Pack your items carefully and mail via USPS to 143 Main Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. Please Include the original mailing label (the invoice is on the back!).

4) Once we receive your return at our warehouse facility, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for online store credit.
